Payment is required at the time of placing the order. Payment can be made via PayPal or by personal cheque; items will only be despatched once funds have cleared.
Responsibility for payment of any additional fees, taxes or import duty applicable to international orders will be that of the customer.
Customers personal details will be kept confidential and secure and used only for the purposes of processing customer orders. They will not be shared with any third parties.
Cancellation of Order
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must do so in writing withing 48 hours of placing the order. If the item has already been despatched, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item upon receipt; the item must be returned in original, unused, unworn, saleable condition. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item in acceptable condition.
We regret that orders for custom and personalised items cannot be cancelled.
